Man, I have that surface (Ninja NeverStick) on a set of pans and it it the worst performing non-stick surface I've ever used. Like, my all stainless all-clad is just as "non-stick" when it comes to food in the pan - sh!t just sticks like glue unless you oil it up real good.
OTOH, the pans clean up like a dream and whatever sticks during cooking does, in fact, release and come off with a very light scrub or in the dishwasher. Way easier to clean than what sticks to my stainless pans.

Do you preheat the pans? That's what all the reviews and comments say that you have to preheat them in order for them not to stick.

Yeah, my first ninja pan did not come with a pre heat warning sticker but I just picked up a set from Costco today and they all had the pre heat warning. With pre heating I never have anything stick.
This cookware is the poorest quality I've ever owned. I bought it from a Walmart clearance sale, and regretfully, less than a year later, I've discarded most of the pieces. The non-stick coating began to flake and peel. If I had to choose again, I'd prefer the Macy's Tools of the Trade brand over this one. Even if offered to me for free, I'd decline.

Yup - every time. Understand - the surfaces have been super durable and they clean up excellently. They just aren't very non-stick when it comes to stickier foods.
