I ordered an iPhone from Amazon Warehouse Deals and they sent me an iPhone box missing the phone. Only the accessories were inside. When I contacted Amazon they requested I file a police report. I went to the police station and they said they don't get involved in these matters and to contact Amazon. So I sent Amazon their empty box back with a letter in the box stating what happened. The nexy day I got an e-mail from [email protected] stating "they confirmed they didn't send me an empty box" and are denying my refund and my account is flagged. Unbelievable!!!

This is the only thing keeping me from pulling the trigger as well. I would have to assume that the warranty would not apply; anyone with real world input is appreciated
