Being an authorized user will also add some positive credit history for your kids.
My BoA no AF card is a Customized Cash Rewards card. No age requirement for authorized users for kids. Yes, your infant can be a proud authorized user.

We actually added our little kids on BoA and blocked the cards. Use them for these weekends.
