Do you know if chase has any credit cards that can help with kids as an authorized user to build their credit? My son is 10 and I'm thinking of adding him to my chase or Citi cards just to build his credit history. He will never have access to the card by himself without me. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you

I am not sure. You have to look up the credit card companies minimum age for authorized user. I think Chase has a minimum age of 13 or something good. Let me know if you find any good ones though!
They almost never check the names, if they do say you don't have an ID on you. I Have several BoFA cards, current and expired, shared with a bunch of family and friends and never once anyone was denied entry.

Yup, you can. Couple of years ago, needed to add ultimate rewards miles to kiddos account to book a ticket. They required that I add her as auth user. She was 9 at the time.

Were you ever denied entry for not having matched ID or are you just saying you were checked and had matching card and IDs? Do you see the difference? Sigh. Give it a try next time.

For BoA, it's no option to block authorized user since it same number for Visa/Master, isn't?

That's correct but this post is good for general awareness. There should be good number of folks who benefit from this. Thanks OP.
And slickdeals isn't about "general awareness" all you have to do is look at rewards section in bofa account
