Imo, don't even bother unless it can charge through the usb c cable. Do you really want to pack a power cable or brick with these when traveling?
A pastime of mine is buying these types of monitors in pairs and using them for triple-monitor setups. If they have any kind of mount, it's possible to 3D print an adapter for VESA. (Yeah, maybe I should get out more)

Overall impressed but haven't had much time to play with it.
It runs off just USB-C to my S22 phone, no additional power required. I doubt I'll use it like that for any lengthy use case, but fyi the power draw seems to be low. for portable ultra lite situations it seems good
Magnetic cover is functional, not amazing. Doesn't "stick" closed. The kickstand is ok. Magnetic attachment to back of screen is a little weak so it slides
speaker seems weak, but i was running it off a mobile phone's power supply so that may have been part of the problem

At $75 I'd say it's worth a try.
The only accurate thing is usually the resolution and refresh rate because most consumers can easily check that.
Sometimes the photos even show them being used in portrait orientation, but it's misleading.
That said, it works with Switch without the dock, and I can watch movies from my phone. So it's worth it for me.

The brightness will max at 30 or 50% (forget which) and speakers volume low when running off another device for power.
It's too bad android (or even ipads) tablets don't allow video in. That would make way more sense.
