I'd love to get these over the wired ones I have but even at this price, I can't remotely justify the upgrade. I think my wired 4-way setup with wifi was less than $50.

I have this but in my opinion I would just get the TempSpike by ThermoPro. It just seems more accurate to me and I find myself using it a lot more than the Meater Probes. It's also a lot cheaper. You only get 1 probe but I rarely use more than one.

I see in the detail section it's micro USB for "alternate power source" and that the "micro USB cable is not included" and I see in the 6th picture that it's micro USB.

is true Amazon editors suck, I saw on the meater website and pictures. I was going to buy if it was usb C, I hate micro usb that's ourdated

I used to have one that I used multiple times a week. First one RMA due to probe dying <1 yr (I think they said it was a connection loosening between the black top and the steel body). Warranty replacement worked well (I was super gentle with it), a few months later it wouldn't maintain a charge/connection (ate every AAA battery). I gave up - instant reads are much more reliable imo.

The connection was terribly inconsistent for me, and I definitely was within range. Even standing next to it sometimes. I had to disconnect the Bluetooth and reconnect it numerous times. When it was connected, the temperatures seemed really accurate, though.

Others on here love it, so it may be a ymmv kind of deal.

Great find. In for one. Just misplaced one of the single pack temperature probes (how? No idea) and had always wanted the block for the Wi-Fi. They do decent temp readings but the Bluetooth only is dead if you are more than a couple walls away from your grill.

This is a really good deal, I got the same block but with only 2 probes for $180 a little over a year ago. The wireless probes are super accurate and make cooking and grilling so easy.
