If you trust it was "refurbished" well, it's not horrible. You could build one with similar components within $50 of this, of course some people aren't comfortable with building. Also the 5700G is quite strange here since it has a dedicated GPU. If I recall correctly, the 5700G also has a major cache reduction compared to the X making it perform closer(or worse in some cases) to the 5600x.
It says manufacturer refurbished but I don't see anything actually mentioning Lenovo.
I bought this new from antonline for $50 more and I am very happy with it. I am able to play D4 on it without any issues and that is the main reason I went with it.
My only disappointment is that I cannot figure out how to get to the SSD and HD to upgrade them. Also, I cannot use my 5.1 speakers now, but I have my eye out for an internal or external sound card that will work.
... Also the 5700G is quite strange here since it has a dedicated GPU. .....
That's two refurbished deals today with that combo.(The other was RX6700 xt) Also with small PSU, at least in the WOOT case. It makes me opine that some company is placing the GPU cards in systems that did not come with them originally and that these GPUs are 'washed' former miners.
That is, they take a new, open box, or factory second computer, add the card, and brand it refurbished (because the GPU is used), and sell it. They move the lot for some marginal more profit.

Potentially but this is what you would have to work with,
$300 for a 3060 if your lucky
$200 for a mobo and 5600x bundle (only in store at microcenter)
$30 for 2x8 ram
$50 micro atx case (probably poor quality)
$100+ for windows (unless grey market)
$50 Psu if you cheap out on it (god have mercy on your soul in a storm)
Already over $700. If I was new to pcs and didn't want to build, I would absolutely go with this, you really can't beat these prices.

accurate. I haven't built a PC in several years and I tried to find budget parts at micro center. even without labor it adds up, and then the time of DIY to get things right.

I'm building this exact build for 650. Except it's a 2 TB nvme. Case is really good too. Got an rx 6600xt which isn't a 3060 but It is at worst on par with it's performance

A new 3060 ti was just $280. You can get a perfectly acceptable MATX case for $50, probably one better than what this has. This thing also probably already has a cheap PSU.
Also you are overlooking that this is a refurbished system, which really means you should probably be comparing to used part costs. You could easily beat this shopping used or open box parts IMO.

Thanks for the comment. This is literally the only reason(if it can play D4) I'm clicking into this post. I assume it can play at the highest level?

I bought a similar deal , but with the 12400 intel cpu vs this ryzen. For Diablo 4, I am getting butter smooth gameplay at highest detail, 120fps capped (could probably go higher if I wanted), and dlss "balanced"

I took a peek at the manuals for this prebuilt and it does say that the original specs came with ryzen 7 5700 + rtx 3060, and other combinations (like i5-12400 + rtx 3060).

Used parts and refurnished aren't even close to the same thing. But yes, you "could" beat this price however what is your time worth and how many ebay auctions are you going to scour to save $20-50 over the entire build? Heck, and if have a problem there will be zero warranty support on your box full of random parts.
