More SD arm-chair nutritionists of course. No.. Mikey doesn't get any of that by eating freakin' life cereal. 10g of table sugar is not going to give you health problems, unless you're eating 10 bowls a day with whole milk.

Where do you guys pull this stuff? This is a serious question, why did you post that, what makes you think that? I'm sure you eat Mcdonalds, right? Be honest.. The worst of the worst.

I would avoid having cereal (and anything similar) shipped (based on previous experience with cereal via S&S).

Unless you prefer the texture of the cereal 'grounds' if you will, at the bottom of the bag.

10grams of sugar won't kill you but the lifestyle of eating heavily processed food without balancing it with nutritious, high fiber, high protein, low carb natural food, no exercise and a laissez faire attitude will definitely harm your health.
