The one I remember seeing in recent years at Costco was a countertop revolving carousel. I don't recall how many spices it held but each were in glass bottles unique to that holder. It was very pretty but took up a lot of space.
The advantage to this spice rack is that it is designed to hold the McCormick spice bottles, which seem to be the popular choice for most people. And at this price the per bottle cost is a good value.
I purchased this a few years ago for my mother - paid about $50 during a Prime Day deal - and painted the holder to match her kitchen. Was the right option for her more than the Costco spice carousel but everyone's needs are different.
