"Multi-way 3D Insight lumbar zone" wears down and falls apart after a while. I fixed mine with guerilla glue but I shouldn't have had to. The rubber they coated some metal plate with takes all the load at the joining point and cracks.

Normal price. Bought this chair at this price last year in store


my biggest gripe with his chair is that when I set the height it never stays. it always goes to its highest point when I stand up. that's enough for me to never buy this chair again when this one finally falls apart
