I've had both the EDT and the EDP. The EDT doesn't last very long at all, and I was pretty disappointed after using the EDP at how little longevity the EDT has. I would recommend the EDP, but not the EDT. I bought the EDT a year or so ago from Costco for $45 and considered taking it back it was that weak.

I picked up a set of sample vials of colognes recently, and Versace Eros is one of my favorite scents thus far. I'm still a novice in the fragrance world, but in my opinion the scent is clean, sweet, and slightly musky with notes of citrus. It's a pleasing, sophisticated, and seductive masculine scent without being blaring or obnoxious. It feels fitting to wear for dates and intimate affairs, but is also subtle and pleasing enough for everyday wear if that's your style.

The website Fragrantica is a good source for information on scents like this, including user reviews. Here's the Versace Eros page: https://www.fragrantica.com/perfu...62762.html

If you're curious about the scent but don't want to commit to a full bottle, consider getting a sample like I did. Stores with scent departments like Nordstroms might have a sample to try. There are also reputable online decanting sites such as ScentSplit, MicroPerfumes, and DecantX that decant scents into small sample vials, offering a large variety of affordable samples for you to try. Given how expensive retail bottles of perfumes and colognes can get, it's wise to know you actually like a scent before committing to the big bottle.

Hope that helps!

I have both and they're both excellent. Performance/longevity is a bit better on the EDP version and it's a bit more tame for everyday wear.

EDP is less offensive than EDT?

Don't the high summer temperatures damage these perfumes in transit when being shipped?

I have a 2016-03-08 bottle batch code DK1606 with 80% left. The cap and bottle is nice with a good feel to it. If you like mint, apple, tonka, lavender this is for you. Unfortunately, for me, it gives me an headache. Don't smell up close, it's a loud in the air type of fragrance.

No..but this kind of reminds me of Salvatore Ferragamo F Black. Supposed to be a YSL La Nuit de L'homme clone but it's about 50% close
