Given that, this is an amazing value. I spent $450 at the time.

The Problem is when i get the i5 12600K I will have a GPU bottleneck. around 12%.
My question is now, is it even worth to upgrade or will I face same FPS results while gaming due to the GPU bottleneck I would get? I'm confused!!

You're talking about building a whole new PC. The Intel processor isn't going to fit your AMD motherboard…
You'll always have a bottleneck somewhere, you just have to choose where it makes the least impact for your "ideal" operation.
Edit: I suppose in the context of this deal you could swap all your components to the Intel board and sell off the old AMD board and processor, but that's a lot of reinstalls and reconfiguration that might be avoidable to get where you want your machine to be.

Yep. If you only care about gaming and not any productivity stuff, the 5800X3d will cost you about the same as this bundle, requires no rebuilding, performs better in gaming than the Intel 12th gen, and is almost a drop-in replacement depending on your motherboard.
Back instock same price
If you look at "details" on new egg it does have 2.5gh ethernet
