The Problem is when i get the i5 12600K I will have a GPU bottleneck. around 12%.
My question is now, is it even worth to upgrade or will I face same FPS results while gaming due to the GPU bottleneck I would get? I'm confused!!

You'll always have a bottleneck somewhere, you just have to choose where it makes the least impact for your "ideal" operation.
Edit: I suppose in the context of this deal you could swap all your components to the Intel board and sell off the old AMD board and processor, but that's a lot of reinstalls and reconfiguration that might be avoidable to get where you want your machine to be.
