This price is pretty decent. I'm thinking I'm going to go with a 6700XT or 6750XT though because they have 12gig of VRAM. I'm worried the 8 gigs of this 3060 isn't going to be enough in a few years. The Last of Us 1080P already takes 10gigs if you want ultra settings.

Should hold up well for 1080p gaming but it might struggle to do 1440p effectively

Man, a sub $400 nVidia card? It's like buyers are waking up after 3 years of a pandemic induced stupidity coma. 😁

It's a great card for the price. Your worried about a few years from now on a $250 card? People playing games at Ultra settings don't buy $250 cards.

I play games at Ultra settings and I am fine with a good performing $250 card

Plz compare to the card to it's competition. This is comparable to the rx 6600. That has been on sale for $180, which makes this a bad buy. If you go by price alone, this is the same price (actually $20 more) as the rx 6650xt. That card is significantly better than this.

At this price/performance the Nvidia feature set does not fully function, thus making it mostly inappreciable.

Again looking at other options, this is a bad buy.

Plus screw nvidia until they stop screwing over gamers.

Yeah 3060 8Gb is 17% slower than 12GB model NVIDIA had to modify the memory bus width as well from 192-bit to 128-bit

This is a 3050 Ti. Cut down memory bus (33% less bandwidth) and 4GB less ram.
