When regenerative breaking is applied, the rear break lights don't turn on and there fore higher chance for rear end collision. Imagine you're going 60 and let your gass padel off, within few hundred feet the car will come to stop. Imagine whole time it was slowing down, rear break lights didn't turn on making next vehicle hit you.
Which is indeed very alarming and warrants a recall. Regen braking DOES turn on the brake lights if your foot is fully depressed from the acceleration. So a mode such as Level 2 regen is perfect, as the car slows down at a rate that isn't as aggressive as iPedal (and it does turn on the brake light without you ever touching the brake pedal).
Also, this Slickdeals thread has some super old and outdated understandings of non-Tesla charging. While yes, 800v chargers aren't as plentiful as Tesla Super Charging stations... they're not exactly hard to find. You can absolutely do a coast to coast road trip using exclusively Electrify America stations. In fact, the President of Electrify America did just that in a Hyundai Ioniq 5. I've done three major road trips in my Ioniq, clocking over 3000 miles of driving on each trip. Charging in 15 minutes is pretty fantastic when road tripping.
We are selling below MSRP and can ship across the county.

Have you been in contract law long?
Put me in the 'skeptic' corner on this.

I've driven my leased 2022 Hyundai since Aug 31, 2021 If I bought out my lease today, I could flip it for the approximate value of my Hyundai back when it was new on the lot in 2021, which would put nearly $4,500 cash back into my bank account. Then I can just go lease another new car and repeat. My lease was also "more negotiable" because I bought it on the last day of the month. Dealer needed to meet their quota, and I needed a car.
I bet you like the '4 square' game dealers play as well?
