Tech Connections is a fantastic youtube channel and posted an in-depth 1-yr review of the Ioniq 5. He specifically discusses the 12v issue at 10:10, but the rest of the video is quite informative (and honest!) as well.

Spoken like a true salesman. Who else would reject conventional wisdom of negotiating overpriced dealer add-ons or avoiding them altogether?
Why would we or anyone sell a hot car for MSRP when people are lined up around the corner to get one.
Because Hyundai would want to sell more cars and they want their customers to feel like they have been treated fairly.
We're here to make money, not give you a car with $0 profit.
Someone should print that out and post it at the door. People already hate going to dealerships because they have to navigate the slimeball salespeople, but this would be good for a laugh.
