Does anyone have this? 76 lbs seems pretty flimsy. Reviews are almost too detailed to be trusted.

I wouldn't trust this kind of "steel" gazebo to last through weather based on my personal experience with similar ones. It also almost cost a brand new one if you want to buy the canvas/roof/screen replacement.

A key thing to consider with gazebos like this is the canvas top. Definitely not as durable as a metal top. The highly detailed reviews are a little strange, but really for this price a canvas top and a lightweight gazebo aren't all that surprising. But if you need something durable and or live in a very sunny area, this probably isn't it.

I had one of those from Menards - it works great...unless you're in high wind area. Couple of tubes got bent during our second season so I took it down and replaced with metal roof unit. Canvas needs to be taken down for winter and it needs to be really secured to the floor.
If your budget allows - I'd highly recommend skipping this and just doing metal roof one, there was a great deal on one not too long ago.

My cheap Menards one did and so is the one with metal roof. This one doesn't sound like it's included.

I have one of these cloth base gazebo and regret. Honestly I didn't put any thought to it, saw it in the store with my wife and it looked nice so we bought it. It was great for about 3 years and top needs replacement. Never fails every 2 to 3 years needs replacing. If I was to do over again, I would purchase a metal roof version instead. Those cost more but if you add all the cost of replacement cloth tops and hassle of installing, seem like the metal roof version would be worth the investment. Just my opinion.

According to the question and answers, it appears to come with the netting.

QBig Grinoes it open in the middle of screen on all 4 sides or only on 2?

The assembly instructions include a step for installing the netting, so I would assume it comes with it. The photos also show it with netting.

How would one stop this from blowing into the pool, sitting on a cement patio? I assume with its size that 76 lbs is not enough to stop it from being blown across the yard in 60-80mph winds.

Oh "hail" no for my area. When the hail comes, it will be a "hole" lotta pain.. Great deal for those with better year around weather!
