Op didn't explain, so I'll explain for those unfamiliar with this hack. Since HD charges you a reduced price like Ron said all you do is return the item you don't want and you'll get refunded that reduced price.
So looking at the dual battery charger, let's say we're going for the batteries, that brings them down to $66.16. Once you receive your items, simply return the charger and you'll get $52.84 back.
Edit: I think I'm gonna pick me up the circular saw, so with the hack I'll pay $74.50

Other option is to select the tool you really want, and return batteries once you get them, thus reducing the tool by some percentage.
Or keep both and then you got free batteries.
