Immediately found that I could not access my account, create an account or change my password, same as has been reported by some others.
I was able to use the reset password option, and the 2fa code came through to my email so I could proceed to the change password page. But when I went to put in a new password I just got/get the message "oops something is wrong. Please try again later"
Tried through the app, and from their website.
Support was able to activate my phone from their end, but still can't do anything about the account.
They said there was a known issue, and to just keep trying.
Both times I called, a rep answered quickly, and both were really nice and easy to work with.
Very happy with phone so far over the weekend. Only issue so far is that the phone gets decently warm. I assume when I get a case it will be fine.

So... sounds like you cannot buy this phone and then use it with e.g. Mint?
