Bought 11 of these and then used a 3month GPU activation from a laptop that I bought a while back to give me GPU till June 9th 2026. For $96.16, I'm not mad at all! Plus I can start using my gaming laptop again on GPU!

Has anyone else had an issue with Game Pass not letting you download the monthly Gold games? Since reupping 3 years of game pass it asks to join Gold if I try to download them.

The activation codes aren't working for me!
Every code I've entered I'm getting this message, "This was returned. Contact the person who gave it to you."

Anybody else having this issue or know how to resolve it?


UPDATE: I Reported the Problem on the website. You have to individually submit a ticket for each code. You also have to provide a screenshot showing that the code doesn't work. I received an email from their customer service for each code I submitted. The email said it can take 3-5 days, but they sent me new codes in a few hours. Everything went through fine after that.

I just bought 10 codes
One of the codes displayed :
"This was returned. Contact the person who gave it to you."

I'm guessing the good codes went out first now the stolen codes are going out.
opened a ticket with Eneba took a while with a bunch of screenshots.

I guess i got lucky with getting ripped off on only one.

anyone have experience of refunds/replacements from eneba?

Careful. I ordered 8 codes. All get an error "This code was returned, Contact the person who gave it to you". - I did open a ticket with Eneba, so awaiting that outcome. Will keep you all posted.

Support was quick to answer, but I'm not sure it's a real person. They didn't replace one with a working code. I asked about the others. I'm assuming a separate ticket for each one which will be a pain, but I'll do it in the morning.

I just got hit with my first auto-renew after doing the 3 year stack long ago. Do you know if I can cancel my membership and then do the whole buy 3 years Gold and upgrade to Ultimate? Or do I have to let this month of Ultimate run through and then do it?
