Still not too late to cancel your Model 3 order if you FOMO'd into that. This Volvo is worth the wait and wipes the floor of Tesla for less money with much better quality.
Isn't this the same comment when Volvo's EV from last year? Whatever happened to that car?

As far as I know by review many of the car lately, you can what you paid for. And if you want additional feature that come standard with Model 3, you add high package.

That's not true.
I beg to differ. 82% of the company is still owned by Geely group of China.

Not financing a car unitl intrest rates go back down to realistic levels! Of course, knowing this country and the way a lot of people vote, that might not happen for a long, long time so I'll probably have enough to just pay cash by that point!

Agreed - I will only buy during this time if I really needed a car or have cash on hand. Over 6% is crazy!!!

You're right. However the management and design has been transferred back to Sweden. Initially when purchased by Geely, everything was done in China, and made in China. And it gets even more complicated and too long for here.

FYI Geely owns 10% of Daimler.

American companies (and euro too) continue to give China the biggest gift of all, IP and free R&D. Short term, "we" win. Long term, it's a big loss. If it weren't for China, Tesla stock would not be popular. Sooner than later, and already starting, China will be leading EV globally.

It's only been 25 years that China has been studying every company operating within their borders, from Boeing to Tesla. If you think/ fear China is dominating now, wait a other 25 years.

Impressive they already built a passenger aircraft. C909..it's not 100% Chinese design, but it is 100% owned by China.

A normal 3 day trip shouldn't take you more than a week.
Ha, yeah right, take way more than that, good luck getting extra time off for work to account for the charge ups! The intention of EV isn't for the environment, that's already been proven with the battery production, it's to keep you in a single locality and unable to mobilize further quickly. They're doing it in the UK, and it's on its way here to the good ole US of A.

Dear America, stop calling hatchbacks SUVs. Thank you

Looks like nice car, wouldn't buy gen 1 car with zero reviews.
100% this. I cringe when people refer to my Mustang Mach e as an suv. It's way closer to a station wagon than it is an suv. If you want to get fancy, it's a crossover, if the word station wagon is upsetting.

5.1 seconds 0 to 60 for the $35k unit. Seems like the price for the twin motor unit is behind a paywall.

This car doesn't qualify for the federal tax credit, meaning it's not "American" like a Tesla.

What's even the point when you can get the Federal tax credits, buy from an American brand, support American jobs, and support the GOAT himself, Elon Musk. It's a no brainer.
the GOAT elon? I'm embarrassed for you.

Cool story bro. This car is not a Swedish design, it's a Volvo sticker on a existing Chinese car.

If cars and other products are so superior then why do they continue to buy brand names in an attempt to trick people into thinking it's the same company. IE Craftsman, Volvo

AGI just above the limit. I think AGI is the thing that sets whether you meet the limit. I'm not even sure if AGI already accounts for the retirement.

It's actually MAGI--- which is not a line on the 1040 so harder to know-

Go to "MAGI calculation" for how to compute it
