Bought this as few weeks ago. DRAM-less, but I think that whole thing is pretty overblown.

Has very respectable reviews:

FYI it appears that it'll only ship from Amazon at the end of the month. Newegg will ship it immediately.

Thinking of getting this for the Orico enclosure that was posted here a few days ago. This price seems dangerously low though…

What's the catch here?

Am seeing a $4.99 S&H charge at Newegg while the Amazon (backordered) listing provides FREE S&H (even w/o Prime).

Update: Added the item @ Newegg to my cart, at which point (in my cart) it showed FREE S&H. Then went back to the product page and it's no longer showing the $4.99 S&H. Confused

*EDIT* Confusion solved. Towards the upper right-hand corner of the product page, it indeed lists the $4.99 S&H charge. To the left of that, however, is a box, stating:
"FREE SHIPPING ON THIS ITEM! When you spend $25.00 or more on eligible products. restrictions apply."

You can as an external drive if u buy an enclosure. Xbox doesn't accept standard ssd. Note that external ssd can't play Xbox series native games, only Xbox one and Xbox 360 games can be played from this ssd. You can however store Xbox series games

Amazon is telling me 1 - 2 months before being shipped, so NewEgg's slow shipping it is.

That says it's just below high-end pcie 3.0 drives speed wise. Pretty good at this price.

In? No. Outside? Yes. Personally, I'd wait if you're talking about a Series S or X. If MS truly does up the download speed to what's being expected, external storage will be unnecessary.*

I wouldn't trust anything MSI related these days. They got hacked recently and hackers took their Intel OEM private key.
