Update: Added the item @ Newegg to my cart, at which point (in my cart) it showed FREE S&H. Then went back to the product page and it's no longer showing the $4.99 S&H.
*EDIT* Confusion solved. Towards the upper right-hand corner of the product page, it indeed lists the $4.99 S&H charge. To the left of that, however, is a box, stating:
