Thank you. Took a chance as reviews do mention a lot of broken cookies, but they are my Husband's fav, and way cheaper than Walmart in store for regular packs.
Ordered 4. Was hesitant because description says 9.5oz, which is obviously wrong, weight on packages per review images are 1lb 9.5oz

I replaced cookies, muffins, etc with protein waffles, mugcakes, and ninja creami protein ice cream fills my ice cream craving. Is it as good bakery foods and Oreos, not quite, but if I want a dessert or treat then that's my " healthy" option. Also you can get that Oreo taste and flavor from Oreo o's cereal or use mini Oreos in moderation.

Try intermittent fasting, tracking calories and weigh everything you eat. Also try coking your own foods. I buy a bunch of frozen foods in bulk from Costco and air fry it.bAlso I limit myself to whatever is the listed serving size.
