Ask a rep to price match online price and then on top you can scan the target app to pay using target wallet. You will get the 64 dollar price. I know cause I did this today.
I can confirm that this works. Thanks!

Why are these things so much versus the deals you see for 5 or 10 dollars. Or the one time I got one bulb each free when I bought echo dots?

My whole house has colored smart bulbs, with a bunch to spare. I probably got them all for sub $80?
Because those cheap bulbs are wifi (even Philips makes wifi bulbs, see their Wiz line). They are notoriously unreliable and compete with other resources on your wifi network. Hue is over-priced, but you're buying into a solid platform that isn't abandonware in 2 years. Hue brings a wide variety of hardware switches and dimmers to integrate into your home. I ditched all my Wiz bulbs because they were unreliable and had no hardware dimmers and switches. If you want a toy, buy wifi bulbs. If you want solid integration with your home, look at Hue and buy them when they go on sale.

I LOVE these. Have tried several other brands and these are way better. Replacing four urlhasbeenblocked with these tonight, actually.

The color bulbs work amazingly if you have a Sync Box (which can be obtained used from AZ Warehouse around 130$ on a good day). I have a 120" projector screen with two 2-lamp fixtures (high and low) on each side. I turn these on low and sync, and watching GOT they act like blood splatter on the walls or flickering torches. It's incredible.
Even better for the Zelda games.

I have the same question! I suspect these are way more awesome than the 4 bulbs for $20 "Feit" light bulbs I got at Costco on sale but I wish someone would tell me how that is! Or if not, just say that so we know!

i did find this in the thread ... maybe there are just more cool peripherals like this?

These are Zigbee, right? So I can use them with my Alexa or do I need the hub?

This is a badass deal! As mentioned by a few folks above, I was able to ask an online chat representative to see if the offer could be added to checkout. They provided a refund after I made my purchase.

They won't be able to apply the offer directly to the checkout, but can offer a refund (difference) after the purchase and providing the order number.

Good luck!

This is a bargain and, if you can find a discount on a hub, a good opportunity to buy into the system. Also, a small note, Phillips Hue hub is Zigbee compatible. So, there are other less expensive bulbs. I think the Phillips bulbs have a better (more vibrant) spectrum of colors. However, I'm light sensitive, so I wanted my whole house to change color temperature throughout the day (i.e. daylight to soft white to incandescent to candle light). It was too expensive to strictly use Hue bulbs, so I found less expensive alternatives. There are limitations, so Google Hue and Zigbee bulbs to learn more!

You still have to do it as a pickup right? Will this work with shipping then asking a support rep on the site?

tempting.. i bought 20 hue lights when they had the hub+4-bulb "whoopsie" at lowe's a while back and I really do have to say, these things are absolutely amazing and light-years ahead of every other bulb on hte market... but i would never pay full price.

I kinda regretted not getting more at the time to just fill out my entire home with them at a discount.. this is super tempting.. anyone able to get multiple packs?
