NOTE: Remember to choose to change the default if needed to your next scheduled S&S delivery date or you can choose to get it ASAP before going to checkout. Amazon recently made this change and I believe that until you get a few items scheduled it defaults to ASAP. Look for "change date" which is on the right and not prominent to select before going to the checkout screen.

For the 50-pack jar, this is the lowest one that has the coupon I can find. There are other varieties for a few dollars more. But the clickable coupon can only be used for one of the options per cycle that they come out.
You can cancel your subscription any time after it ships. If you do not you will pay the "then current" price for subsequent orders after this one when they ship.
