Personally the DeWalt set.

I have the DeWalt set and I was considering getting this because it stacks with my other Craftsman Versastak drawers but after looking at it at Lowes I stuck with my DeWalt set. The drawers on this set are Very Cheap (all plastic/no metal slides) and the tools are sit in the drawers very loosely. The drawers in this set are nothing like the drawers in the two drawer Versastak which are surprisingly very solid and smooth.

These cases suck compared to the set that Sears sold at the very end and then the inventory flowed over to Lowes for a while.

PIcked this set up at this price a few years ago from Lowe's. Yes, case is all plastic, but the tools are solid -- for a weekend warrior like myself -- and the lifetime warranty is back, perhaps the smartest thing S/B&D did when they acquired the brand from Sears.

FYI craftsman is lifetime warranty too brotha. If home depot or lowes carry craftsman you just bring the hand tool in. They don't not honor the manufacturer warranty cause you bought it somewhere else.

Not as easy as it sounds. I bought a few wrenches from sears. Since they are craftsman, you'd expect craftsman to honor the warranty. They don't as it was a sears specific model.
