I have the DeWalt set and I was considering getting this because it stacks with my other Craftsman Versastak drawers but after looking at it at Lowes I stuck with my DeWalt set. The drawers on this set are Very Cheap (all plastic/no metal slides) and the tools are sit in the drawers very loosely. The drawers in this set are nothing like the drawers in the two drawer Versastak which are surprisingly very solid and smooth.
