So, it seems there's two ways to get Peacock Premium. The Rewards way you'll probably have to redeem it thru the Rewards section. I would guess if you're a Gig speed customer it's automatic.
Also keep in mind "Premium" includes ads and is normally $4.99 while "Premium Plus" is the ad-free tier and runs $9.99, normally.

I know many people tend to cancel and open new account every year or two because promo pricing disappears, and without promo - cost of monthly service doubles or more. When you do that, you go back to silver rewards tier because you're a new customer.
I'll probably have to pay the $20 for a year of Peacock. I'm fine with that.
