Any of the Azul games. Collect same colored tiles to fulfill patterns and gain points. I personally like Stained Glass of Sintra but they're all fun. My least favorite is actually the original just named Azul.
Any of the Century games. A game about collecting things and fulfilling requirements. They all pretty much play the same so it's mostly just an aesthetic choice here.
Any of the Ticket to Ride games. Kind of like Rummy but with a little bit of competing to build routes. I like Europe the most but they all play pretty similar except for different maps and one or two different rules between them.
Betrayal at House on the Hill. Fun little dungeon crawl where one person eventually betrays the other players.
Splendor. Similar to the Century games but you're not limited to cards for actions.
Camel Up. A racing game about using other players to your advantage.
For more experienced board gamers I'd recommend something like Gloomhaven: Jaws of the Lion, Lost Ruins of Arnak, and Dune Imperium.
