Yeah you shouldn't use these as your primary protein source. But as a treat I don't have to feel too guilty about, with a decent amount of protein and a good chunk of fiber, it really fits the bill.

these are really sticky so texture is going to be very love it or hate it; big chunks of salt and almonds if that's your thing

overall it's very good but wish there were other textures available

Agreed. Look elsewhere if your goal is protein supplement. I use these as a meal replacement following conditioning days.
