Home Depot sells this for $399.99.
Costco has the 12k BTU for $339.99 right now if you need more BTU. For a small room this 8k BTU model is easier to install and cheaper however.
My account had a $60 coupon I could clip on top of the $299 bringing it down to $239.99.

Tempted to get this one to help the other unit cool my upstairs...
I believe last weeks post was for 12k btu whereas this is 8k btu.
Having said that, this is a great deal. I have the 10k unit from Costco in my office.
Rough neighborhood if people are trying to steal your A/C unit.
