The Lite is 1mm less stack in heel and forefoot, slightly lighter weight, slightly faster feeling. But still very cushioned.

I'd think for people that only have one shoe at a time, the Lite is the better option, more versatile. But for a high cushioned recovery/easy run shoe, and have a daily trainer for other runs, the 24 is the better option

The Asics Gel Nimbus is a more cushioned shoe than the Nimbus Lite. It has a thicker midsole and more Gel pods, which provides a more plush and comfortable ride. The Nimbus is also a more stable shoe, thanks to its wider platform and medial post.

The Asics Gel Nimbus Lite is a lighter and more flexible shoe than the Nimbus. It has a thinner midsole and less Gel pods, which provides a more responsive and dynamic ride. The Nimbus Lite is also a more relaxed fit, thanks to its wider toe box and tongue.

If you are looking for a max-cushioned and stable shoe for long runs, then the Asics Gel Nimbus is a good option. However, if you are looking for a lighter and more flexible shoe for tempo runs or races, then the Asics Gel Nimbus Lite is a good choice.

Fair warning due to the tread pattern these make a weird squeak/quack sound with every step. 6 months on mine and they still do it. Will not buy again.

I have the Lite 2. Lite 3 Flytefoam(FF) is old tech and not as soft or bouncy as the FF blast on the cumulus 24. The cumulus 25 should have the same FF blast plus as nimbus 24, which is even softer and bouncier.

Buyer beware -- ASCIS introduced a 4.99 restocking fee for returns yesterday.

They won't do free returns for shoes purchased before that either, so anyone who bought from ASCIS on this deal won't get free returns.
