Same happened to me for a ratcheting flex head, you can call kobalt hotline and they'll honor it.

One comment on Kobalt lt warranty: the only time I tried to use it they did not honor it. I have a band clamp that broke and they said since they don't have it on the shelf and I didn't have the receipt I was out of luck.

It was and maybe still is "LT hassle free warranty" in my experience it is a huge hassle. I had an extension break that was a part of the 300pc set. They wanted all 300pc so they could give me a new 300pc set. I just went and purchased a 3 set of extensions and returned the set of 3.

That's not right. I see single pieces taken out of sets all the time on clearance at my stores.

Don't f"ck with Lowe's employees or managers at the store. They tend to feel like everyone is trying to get one over on them. Email the CEO (info is public) and send pics and highlight warranty details. They will 100% warranty their product.

This was a few years ago. I did return some concrete anchors because they literally wouldn't hold. It was like a 70 pack and no joke the returns clerk counted them
