I did get it after all! The offer doesn't show up anywhere until you checkout and click the promo button to put in a promo code. Thats the only place the offer showed up.
$25 off 1 order for orders with subtotal $12 or more
To make up for issues with your recent Jersey Mike's SUB-perior Happy Hour order, take an additional $25 off through 6/15/2023

DoorDash is so messed up. I had issues applying the promo at 5pm CST on June 7th and chatted with support. Support said "it's a known issue and to try back later". Kept trying until 6pm CST when the promo code was deactivated.

Today, no coupon in my account and chatting in with support they said "sorry we can't provide you any discount".

Their customer service is pretty terrible. They asked for screenshots. When provided they just kept saying it ended. Including the new code.

Terrible company! I did get spicy toward the end. I won't pretend I was an angel the entire chat.

Upvoted so DoorDash support can enjoy an influx of chats. I'm curious if they will say chat is temporarily paused as well due to demand.

Dang I didn't realize so many people had issues. My order went through just fine - maybe because I did it for pick up the next day instead of trying to get it right away?
