It is a Master Touch with with a couple cosmetic changes. Color, "Wood" handles, etc. Except that it doesn't come with the warming rack (which rarely gets used anyway.) I'm sure there are some that remember $219 for a Master touch a few years ago. I don't see it at that level again until maybe offseason sales. In the summer of 2023 it's a solid deal if you are in the market for a kettle. In the grand scheme of things this will last you forever if you don't seriously neglect it so. . . I've been in the market for a Master Touch so I picked up the yellow one, I'm dropping off my O.G. original weber kettle at the ex-wife's when I pick up the kids this weekend. It's little gift for her husband to go with the other road-worn cooker he got from me a couple years back. Although, I use the term "cooker" real loosely unless you consider hamburger helper cooking. . . and this one doesn't constantly complain. Poor guy. . . I might give him this new one. I'd still be way ahead.

Anyway, looks like a nice deal. If I were looking to go back to charcoal, I'd probably spring for it.

I'd go that route if color doesn't matter and you're willing to give it a good cleaning and a new cooking grate.

A good deal if you're looking for the anniversary models. If you're just looking for something to cook on, you'll likely find a old Weber kettle on Craigslist or the FB marketplace for around $50 or so. I'd go that route if color doesn't matter and you're willing to give it a good cleaning and a new cooking grate.

That powder blue just screams vintage 50s to me so that was the one I grabbed. Been waiting for the price to come down and this was my jump point

I'm cheap. Weber like new on marketplace for $25 with a cover. Works like my grandads weber in the 70s! I can't see wanting or needing more.

Weber kettles are the way to go. You can do darn near anything with them. I'm always so much more happy with what comes off the Weber than I am with my pellet grill. That gray one is sexy, but I'll stick with my black one for now.
