Honestly I'd get the G14 on sale at the same price. What can this do better than that?

If you're not going to do much gaming this is much better cause it's a 16:10 OLED screen vs 1080p 300 nits.

This would be fine for gaming like Roblox or strategy games. Probably loud and hot though, our Zenbook OLED got loud and hot even playing Roblox.

The OLED on these is beautiful. G14 is 300 nits 1080p. Great deal on a 3060 though.

I do lots of photo editing and occasional video work. (Capture one for photos and Davinci Resolve for video). Would a laptop like this be fine or do I need one with a proper graphics card? I currently have a Dell G3 3950 with a 9th gen core i5 and a GTX 1660ti.

Asus Oled displays on 90 Hz will make your eyes cry very fast. Google on reviews or vids on youtube how awful it is for your eyes

You can do it on this. I personally would not suggest it. If you are doing some family/friend editing here and there either will work completely fine. If you're editing raw images and video files on a regular basis you will save a lot of time with a dedicated graphics card.

Edit: Here is your current card https://www.notebookcheck.net/NVI...426.0.html if you look at the list of cards of use "find" to search you can get a general idea of how much or little of an upgrade other cards would be.

If this is anything like the one I just returned to Best Buy, the battery life was atrocious. I was lucky to get even 4 hours out of it even on battery saver with a reduced refresh rate.

The oled display of Asus has highly saturated colors and also it is very straining on eyes. If you work long hours then must avoid it.

Zzzzzz, this was on sale with a 120hz refresh rate a while ago for $700... It has 12GB RAM, but that could be upgraded easily. The monitor cannot be upgraded though.

And even cheaper for $600: https://slickdeals.net/share/android_app/fp/785008

I bought this laptop and used it for 1 day. Ask me any questions ya may have.
