I just bought this coffee table on Ballard Design for myself to pair with a white sectional. It is such a versatile table I think it would go with many design styles.
This stunning 2-toned coffee table is a masterwork of responsible modern design. The off-center cross base is hand built with heavy slabs of dark brown mahogany wood recovered from hurricane tumbled trees, helping to preserve the surrounding eco-systems. The sweeping, 2-inch thick top is finished in richly grained Paldao wood veneers for dramatic contrast. Poor Quality Top
I loved this table in the picture online but was disappointed when we received it. The base is very pretty, but the top of the table looks quite cheap. I know it is listed in the description as having a veneer top, but I was surprised by how fake the "wood" looked. We spent $200 on sending it back versus just keeping it.
Already splintering
Bought this a month ago and the base is already splintering. Sending back ASAP.
