I've held the Ray-Bans in-store at Nordstrom Rack. Quality is very meh--lots of flimsy plastic/acetate and thin metal.

Modern, (Luxottica made) Ray-Bans are not high-quality products in general. I wouldn't be surprised if people mistook authentic Ray-Bans for fakes because of poor quality.

Need a pair of sunglasses for running. These might be too splashy for that. But no free ship kills it for me regardless if I don't buy two pairs.

Serious question what percentage of reviews are calling them fake ? one thing about Nordstrom's rack. You can take them back for full refund at either Nordstrom's rack or at Nordstrom's at least that's my understanding.

I don't know. I looked at each one of them and each sunglasses has reviews that it says fake and made in China. I'm no professional when it comes to sunglasses but If each one of them gets a review that says its fake, its a bit alarming.

I am aware. I had prescription glasses from them and found out they're all made by the same company. But if its fake then there should be an obvious difference in quality.

Ray-Ban design and quality are iffy, I think the only thing left from the original is the name. I bought a new pair a few years ago and they're so flimsy compared to a pair I have from 20-30 years ago. On the other hand I've bought a few pairs of Randolph's recently and think they're great.

I recently bought a 2 pair of rb4194 on the Ray-Ban site. They're pretty nice but ray bans aren't what they used to be. They fit me well and are still better than CVS so I'm ok. I paid $65 a pair after taxes and amex offer.

None seem to fit my rather large head especially the bridge and temple. My bridge is around 18 and temple 140-145. The eyeglass portions are ok at 55 and 63.
