If you're talking about this one, they're different saws. The Ridgid is dual-bevel and sliding, where the DeWalt is single-bevel and non-sliding. It's subjective, but well worth the $80 difference in my opinion.

I got it last year at $200 and they sent me an extra stand... They said they only sent 1 but I got 2. Sold it for $150. So I got the saw and stand for $50. I still talk about haha

Bought this combo on a Lowe's deal last year and ended up returning it - the saw stand is 5-1/2' long, too awkward IMO to wrestle up and down stairs and around corners inside a finished home - I returned it unopened May be fine for a static installation or open job site, but not for the "weekend warrior" stuff I'm doing trimming out rooms. YMMV

Doesn't appear so as this is one product package deal of Saw and Stand. It's not buy the saw, add the stand for free which is the typical hacking deal.

Last year's deal at Lowes was $199 for the saw, and for a brief period of time, the stand was included. I sold the stand for $125 and kept the saw.
