    annoying chewy only has deals for "new customers". Last sale they had, they cancelled my order for having multiple email accounts associated with my phone number.

    They really need to focus on having sales in general rather than a 1 time special for new accounts only.

    I don't know why, but my dogs ignore this ball for the squeaker variety, even after the squeak is long gone. We have 2 and they know which one they prefer to play with. But this orange ball only entertains me. I'll bounce it off the brick wall while they play with the others.

    my order was flagged, so i called them. they said they needed to verify my order. i verified it, and the rep said everything was good to go. i checked the status online, and it still has not shipped.
    so, i chatted with a chewy rep, and this is what they said: Due to the overuse of Autoship and Save deals. The order cannot be processed. This order will have to be canceled and a new order will have to be placed at it's original cost.
