When you go to upload, make sure at bottom right of the upload page you select "Full Resolution". It looks like the default is set to Standard.

Make sure to check the resolution setting when you're creating the project. It used to happen to me until I figured it out.

My local CVS ruined my order. I ordered the black around the border. It was only black on 2 sides and was framed crooked. They also didn't have materials to print the extra 11x14's I ordered. I ended up getting a refund and ordered the 16x20 for shipping. Had to get a temp 8x10 for father's day. The new canvas came in today and it turned out perfect! Lesson learned, don't order from a local CVS in the hood.

Maybe I got lucky, but my CVS rocked it. I printed an upscaled Midjourney-generated image. The print colors looked like my source image. The canvas was perfectly flat, and the wrap looked as expected. I'm excited to try this again on the next sale. Thanks OP for the heads-up.
