It was an ok movie. Most of the characters in the movie were annoying but Tom Hanks and Mariana Treviño were terrific. For this price, I'll pick it up in case I want to rewatch it someday.

Yep. I used to buy VHS tapes, DVD's, HD-DVD's, Blu-rays, and lots of digital. I have over 1,600 movies in my digital library, and honestly easily have over 100 that I haven't watched. Then there are also all the movies I haven't seen outside of what I own. The number of things to watch, and the ease of availability to them, for me made purchasing movies/shows obsolete.

It has been almost 2 years (except for the random price mistake) since I purchased a movie. Just too many things out there to watch and my backlog already is tremendous.

But…that's me.

Fully Agree. I'm a huge Tom Hanks fan, and he carried this movie. That being said, the Swedish original was much better, and many of the things didn't translate over.

This is a remake of the movie, which was based off the book, which is pretty much based off of my life now. I'm much worse than any of them. laugh out loud
