I deleted a comment today because I knew that it would cause trouble if I left it up. It's hard to have a conversation on here because some people get bent out of shape over things that shouldn't be a big deal and aren't meant to start a fight. I'm still upset about a comment I made months ago where I said how much business I did at CVS and some people I like but don't know jumped all over me for it. I was actually embarrassed because my figure was so small. I didn't realize that it would freak people out. SD sure has changed from how it used to be.

I tend to post first and then read it back and go oh wow, I shouldn't have said it this way. I'm also a nut about typos and grammar.

I've done a lot of editing with this post. I can't help it, it's my personality.

All I can say is wow. I wouldn't want to deal with a brown recluse or an alligator. I've had bear encounters when I was backpacking but it was no big deal. If the bear wants to eat your food and wreck your backpack, you have to let him do it. You can hang your stuff but they'll just climb up the tree to get it. It sucks if you're a couple days out but at least you'll have a good story to tell when you get back and that's the important thing - getting back. You have to always stay safe.

I had a rottweiler that I loved very much. Sometimes after our walk he would get too excited when I'd give him a treat and accidentally touch my hand with his teeth. It wasn't a bite or anything like that but it was enough to draw blood and it hurt like hell. I can't imagine what being attacked must've been like for you. I'm so sorry.

Finally, Chris swam out with my pants when he thought that I had suffered enough. I would've been better off in school that day...

Does anyone else ever wonder, when you can see that someone quoted you in a thread, what exactly they said when they've already edited their post and their response to your comment is gone by the tme you visit SD?

Was it a nice comment? Was it a snotty comment?

Maybe I'm the only one!

I mean, I've already been accused of spreading misinformation by a fairly new member, in a thread for a store I've shopped at for 17 years. I suppose I just shouldn't be surprised by anything these days.

By the way, why did you come back to SD under a new user name? I'm pretty sure I know what your old user name was, but wouldn't want to out you here since you didn't come back under that name.

This was in late Jan. I was getting ready to start couponing again and I signed up for SD. I was FP before I knew what happened. I would never have picked FP as my SD name. I don't even like pickles...

I'm not sure why you would want to out me or even mention that. It's not a secret. Lots of people know who I am.

MD mentioned something about a website with V. I have no idea what that is and it's definitely not me. I don't do any social media.

There was a lot of weird stuff that went on back then. It had to do with a private group that a few of us were in. Somebody decided that it would be fun to create friction between the members and I got caught in the middle of it so I left the group. Right after that, all hell broke lose. I have no idea what really happened since nobody will talk about it but I heard that there were nude pictures being sent around, affairs, and all sorts of bad stuff. I got a call from somebody's wife yelling at me for going out partying with her husband. I've never met the guy in my life and I guess he used me as an excuse for whatever he was doing. Anyway, some people in that group absolutely hated me and you may be friends with them. I can't say what's true or false because I have no idea since I wasn't there when things got really bad. All I did was stay up late and chat with some people that I considered to be friends. Nothing sexual or anything like that and definitely no pictures. The whole mess spilled over onto SD and a few people made it their mission to attack me constantly. I had enough of it so I left.

It really is time for me to go. I have a busy week ahead of me spending all of my store money and getting ready for my surgery. After my recovery, I'll have to evaluate everything. If I'm not going to do printables and rebates, it doesn't make sense to do this. It's way too hard and I'm getting products that I don't want rather than what I need. My best groove is at RA and I want to continue to shop there but I don't have the computer skills that I need to do it. I'm going to delete my recent posts. It's been fun and I wish the best for everyone on here.
