That was my suggestion, yes. Honestly, I think it should depend on how you are feeling tomorrow. If you're not feeling great but don't want to lose the RR value, just walk in, buy your three 12 packs and leave. If you're feeling a little better than that, walk in and buy any little thing to see if you get a cat. If you do, you can decide if it's worth spending whatever else is necessary to use the cat. If you don't get a cat, buy your three 12 packs and leave.

I do hope you feel better tomorrow. Kudos to you for putting up with that stupid online Wags ad. Scrolling through it makes me feel ill!
Thank you for your get well wishes.

I tried to write down the products that I was interested in and look at them in the coupons section to see the deals but that didn't work so I went through the ad taking notes and then I loaded the coupons that I knew I'd need. It's all going to depend on how much stock they have. I hate to have to depend on the YT videos but now I know that I can do it myself.

My biggest problem with Wags is back when I was good there you could just clip your coupons and go shopping but now everything has to be planned and you have to spend hours in front of the computer. That's not for me. Wags is the most difficult drugstore to shop at because of the restrictions with W Cash. You can't earn it when you spend it unless you really know what you're doing.

So I'm just getting back from Wags. They had some toys on clearance for 90% off and I got four Battleship games for $1.69 (the ones in the really nice metal case). I did them individually and got two 10/20 cats. I used $1 in W Cash and paid the balance in cash on each one. I should've looked for a cheap filler so that I could've paid in all W Cash but I'm an idiot. I had planned on getting the $3.29 Febreze less the $2.30 dq as my item to see if I'd get any cats but they were out of stock. I did 3 Pepsi's ($16.99) with a Febreze spray ($3.29) for my first transaction. I paid with $16 in RR's (expiring tomorrow) and got back 10 something in W Cash. There isn't a dq on the Febreze spray but I didn't feel like spending all day looking for a $3 item. I got a Schick women's razor (the men's were sold out) with a Schick men's disposable and another Febreze for my second $20 transaction. I got back $10 W Cash for the 10/20 but not the $5 W Cash for Schick. I paid with a $5 Dove RR and cash. I decided not to do a refund because I still did ok ($18 off a $20 transaction). I'm firmly in the never call camp so I'm not going to worry about the $5. It's upsetting but I'll deal with it. The Dove body wash deal is frustrating. The bogo only works on the ones in the picture. I tried a bunch of different varieties but it was a no go. Overall, I'd say that my trip was a fail. I lost $5 on Schick, got stupid things to complete by $20 order, and didn't get fillers so I spent more cash than I had to. Plus, I only did two Dove deals due to stock. I did get a 7/25 cat back on the Schick deal which I saved for the next time (but I'll probably let it expire again).

I think you did great! I'll have to go to the WG I don't visit often to see if they have any 90% off games.

I'm very hard on myself. I made $20 of mistakes but Dove wasn't my fault.

Just keep in mind, last night you were talking about walking in and using your RRs to just buy soda. So compare what you did to what you might have ended up doing.

Oh, and I am hard on myself as well! Too often, I manage a MM deal at CVS and realize after the fact that I could have saved more 'if only....'!

They have 2 Battleship games. The new one is in a cheap cardboard box and isn't on clearance. They had to get mine from the back and it's in a good-looking metal cae for 90% off.

I would never just buy it at a drugstore but I do it all of the time at the grocery store. My love of coupon shopping doesn't extend to Ralphs or Vons. I do the best I can there but I don't plan my trips. I'll have a budget and as long as I stick to it I'm fine. I need to get better at the grocery stores but there aren't many deals here. I do have a whole lot of options. I'd love a Publix. I hear that their bakery and deli are great. That would be the store for me. I do have Gelson's but who can afford it? Bristol Farms would be a drive but they're even more expensive. I like the banana nut bread at Trader Joe's and I want to try their frozen curry entree. Everybody says that it's really good.

RAD stock is on a tear. Up 20% today and yesterday was really good, too. I'm at a nice profit but I'm staying in. Earnings are on Thursday. If it gets over a dollar the stock could go crazy. Of course, if earnings are worse than expected then it's a wipe out.

I'm having huge issues with posting in the wrong thread today. I don't think that it's me but maybe I'm just out of it.

Sometimes, for me, the "free money" is the hardest to spend. I think because I am usually in a loop of trying to grow it so I'm always trying to maximize.

I figured out a pretty awesome deal at RA that I want to try today. The only problem is that I need a $4 filler. It will probably take me an hour to figure out something. I would be so easy to just grab something but I can't do that. Actually, thank you. I just figured out something while I was typing this...lol

Two bucks at the grocery store and two bucks at RA are two totally different things lol.

So I went to order my free Dominos emergency pizza. I clicked on the red banner saying for it but when I gt to check out they wanted to charge me $17.15. I tried it twice and the same thing happened. I'm probably doing something wrong. I don't feel like a pizza tonight but I figured that I'll do it if it's free. It would save me from going to Vons but I guess that I'll run over there. Maybe Vons will have free groceries that I have to pay for.

As I understand it, you have to place an order on line (I do not know if that excludes in app purchases) to earn your free emergency pizza. Have you placed an order online sine the emergency pizza order showed up? Im interested in this offer so I'd like to know if there is a problem with it. Thank you. Smilie'
