I've seen some ticks on my deck, I thought maybe they fell from a bird or something but I want to create a perimeter around the deck and pavers, basically just spray all around pavers so bugs can't cross. I am not sure if this is going to serve the purpose, either this or the other brands.

Maybe I need to buy "OUTDOOR" version of this, is there such a thing?

I know these home-store brands or ready-to-use stuff is way watered down, but I am not sure if they are actually safer for normal people like us, who are not infested with bugs. Telstar P might be overkill for those conditions, no? Also it says don't spray more often than every 7 days, but how long does it keep killing bugs?
