I saw this in my local Home Depot tonight. HomeDepot.com sells it for $249.97. I imagine it is a huge YMMV but worth it if it's in stock near you.

Tool only (minus 4ah batt & charger) is $129 online. So I think the deal is more like free batt & charger for those who don't already have them.

Brickseek has been very inaccurate with Home Depot lately. AFAIK, you have to actually go to the store to try to track down deals like this. My local stores just have the bare tool out at this price, no kits to be found.
