Glad it is working for everyone! As another heads up and possibly a ymmv I was at homedepot tonight and saw the huge 1050 on sale this weekend for $495 I believe it was. In case that helps anyone.

I didn't buy one to be honest. I already have a big 304 stainless gas grill. I just was happening to cruise through and saw 3 of them marked down on the floor for a fathers day sale or so it said on the signs on them. This was Mentor OH store 44060

I have a Masterbuilt 30" digital electric smoker and it needs a couple of replacement parts (water bowl and drip pan were in bad shape) and had been waiting for a sale, so I picked up the replacements for less than $13 shipped tonight. Now I'll be able to increase my outdoor cooking volume by adding the smoker back in with my pellet grill. Thanks OP!

I bought this smoker and during the summer the digital panel melted wasnt even a few months old. Company would not back up warranty until I contacted better business bureau, then they replaced the panel but I have to take it off and put it on whenever I want to use it but I can't use the panel in hot weather so most of the summer I cannot use it or it would melt. And I bought a nice cover when I bought it, but still melted.

Yeah that's why I won't get one of these types. The bad reviews on these are endless unfortunately…

Code brings 1050 down to $570, not as good as the HD price mentioned above but still pretty solid deal. 1050 is already 100 off, and the code works on the sale price.

FWIW, I have the absolute cheapest Masterbuilt electric you can buy that I picked up on clearance back in 2016-17 for I think $50. Still works like a charm and it has the same sort of digital panel on top.
