I fully expect some downvotes, being an Nvidia GPU. But if you are in the market, this is one of the better prices for a 3060Ti I've seen. And hey, it's not a 40 series and it's not Newegg...

I bought a 3060 direct from Zotac and it was here in 3 days.

I have been using Zotac GPU's pretty regularly and they have always been great. Zero issues with them. I still have a 670 chugging along.

I have this exact GPU in my secondary ITX PC. Performance wise it's great. But I had a weird issue playing Elden Ring on it. It would minimize to desktop every few minutes. I had to switch to playing on my main PC instead and the issue didn't happen there. Other games were fine on the 3060 ti PC too, I never did figure out why it was minimizing to desktop for that game.

A 4060ti is only 80 Dollars more and more power efficient.

If you are an Nvidia fan boy and absolutely will not try an AMD gpu at any price.....

Just kiss the ring and buy a 4 series GPU. Way less heat, way less electricity, slightly better performance, better dlss, encoding, raytracing, and all that jazz.

My 3080 was better then free. It made me money. It didn't matter how much it cost. I mined daily and sold weekly or monthly.

The 3 series was a horrible horrible value as well and on an old big 7nm Samsung chip.

The 4 series is better. If you have a problem with the 4 series, then you should have a problem with the 3 series as well.

Funny bought this card inside the external enclosure and flipped the card during shortage when I was able to order it, kept the enclosure. Willing to grab this now or maybe a 4 series card if it will work in it too for my secondary setup. Shipped fast from Zotac store and arrived undamaged. Person who got the card left me good feedback too.

You're right, the 4060ti FE consumes 50 watts less and performs 10% better compared to the 3060 ti FE. I don't know if that's worth spending almost 30% more for. If you're into fake frames and upscaling I guess 40 series is worth it?

And the problem most people have with the 40 series is that in general it's not a good improvement over the 30 series [techpowerup.com], especially for the price hikes. Meanwhile, the 30 series 3060 ti is faster than the previous gen 80 class card. [techpowerup.com]

Personally, I can't support the continuation of ripping off gamers, so I'm sticking with my 3080 until the 50 series comes out.

40 dollars more.... I mean it's just a no brainer if you insist on going Nvidia over this. It's more then 50 watts in game and the rtx stuff blah blah blah whatever.

I built an AMD build for my daughter for 1080p really cheap with a 5600 and 6700xt and the performance is amazing for the Hogwarts game and Jedi game and Fortnite and overwatch.

My gf has a 7600x 6950xt build and we play side by side 1440p ultra wide and her build smashes my overcooked 10th series i7 3080 in Hogwarts, the Jedi game, and Fortnite, COD, Battlefield, by a solid 30% or more most of the time and uses a little less power.

I'm really considering selling my 3080 and buying a used 6950xt or 7900xtx...... I would like to get a 4080 but IDK.

I've loved my 3080 but it can't do raytracing in Hogwarts or dead space or the Witcher update on ultra over like 30 fps, and the 10gbs is starting to feel like a problem.

I think it's crazy to go with any of these lower cards over a 6700xt or 6800xt, seeing them side by side in my household. I think you should at least wait for the 7800xt release for maybe a price drop on the Nvidia side.

According to the tech power up reviews, the FE 3060ti pulls 205 watts gaming and the FE 4060ti pulls 152 while gaming. I'm sure ymmv with the AIB models.

At a $40 difference, yep that's a no-brainer. Agreed, though, for gaming the AMD camp looks a to be much better bargain.. but you can't reason with Nvidia fanboys. They make one ai generated image, or record themselves for their 100 follower streaming channel and act like they absolutely can't live without Nvidia. Or they heard about AMD driver issues, and despite building a whole PC and troubleshooting everything else, they think they can't handle a tiny bit of software tweaking.

I had a 6700xt prior and I thought it was a great card! The 6900xt & 6950xt both pull a lot of power if you're concerned about that. I had bought both an rtx 4080 and a 7900 XT and they both went back. Hard for me to justify the investment for a 20 fps improvement in the games I play, for example, when they're already running at 100 fps and my eyes can't tell the difference.

The 6700XT really surprised me. If you read forums, you would think AMD drivers are extremely janky considering how many people supposedly have problems. No real issues that I have seen. Did an under volt, and managed to get it running in a 500W system just fine. Don't overlook AMD. The 'unreliability' is way overblown on the internet.

3060Ti is a good card too. Only wish it had more VRAM.

Ya, I think I'm just gonna wait. Maybe a 5080 will be worth it.

The 6950xt and 3080 are about the same tdp. I think the 6950xt is 330w and the 3080 is 320w?

The 6950xt undervolted well to. Her system is pulling around 50w-100w less then mine at the wall but my CPU is probably using allot more power.

Her 7600 and 6950xt has seemed to be doing just fine on a 650w platinum Corsair PSU. Not saying I'm recommending that 😅. I have an 850w Corsair Platinum in mine.
