It is bad enough that I am buying more often from Walmart and Target just to avoid the potential issues. Would cancel Prime completely but mom likes the video and music services.
Product details states 7.7 ounces so I think you will only be receiving one. Pass.

my order history doesn't say anything about five packs, but when i go to the product page again the box at the top says i previously ordered a five pack.

A: I can not believe that a listing that says 5 is only one box. And not returnable. AMAZON needs to improve quality of seller

I think the problem is most of the items I have an issue with are food, which is normally not returnable. So those prompts are not there and you have to contact CS. I get a lot of S&S items and there are issues all the time with damaged and open packages because of the way they are packed.
