It has a different faster less efficient chip. The Beelink 5800H performs faster (21260 Passmark) but is a 45W part, vs the 5800U (18690 Passmark) in the Ace is a 25W part. The Beelink has a single ethernet port if that matters to you. I have the 25W AceMagician 5600U from a recent deal and it is silent most of the time. I do not know how quiet the Beelink is but I see it has 2 fans.
Both look like equally good deals to me. I have owned both brands and think they are comparable.
